- 2 cucumbers
- 10 stalks raw asparagus
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1 handful of cilantro
- 1 handful of dandelion (wash well)
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 inch ginger root (optional)
- 1 inch tumeric root (optional)
