THE ‘BEST’ PUMPKIN-PIE SMOOTHIE
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 cup pumpkin, chunked — raw or lightly steamed pumpkin (or sweet potato)
- 1 banana
- 1 serving of chai flavored protein powder
- 1 Tablespoon chia seed
- 1-2 dates 1 teaspoon vanilla
*Add a cup of romaine to get your greens in
**use pumpkin spice to taste if not using chai protein powder
Add all ingredients to high-speed blender and blend until thick, creamy and delicious!
