Trying to lose weight or get healthy offers you nothing in the moment you decide to get healthy.
In the moment you decide to get healthy there are no skinny jeans, no skyrocketing energy, no glowing skin, no clean bill of health reports, no comments like, “you look amazing, whatever you’ve been doing, keep it up!”
Perhaps the better question to sustain you when you want to get healthy is, “What is my life purpose?”
I believe each of us has a life purpose, and when we take the time to identify, honor and live our purpose, every other decision we make effortlessly ‘falls in line.’ Living our life defined by our purpose changes our game, shifts our focus, fixes our resolve, elevates our commitment, directs every decision we make.
A different part of our brain is activated when we connect to the larger game of what really matters to us, rather than a single decision.
When we activate that part of our brain with what really matters to us, everything becomes possible
