Cranberry Bliss Detox Smoothie
- 1 cup coconut milk, almond or hemp milk
- 1 cup strawberries ( or mixed berries)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened Cranberry juice concentrate
- ¼ avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- Ice (optional)
Add all ingredients to you high-speed blender and blend until thick, creamy and delicious!
