Temptation is a beast.
No matter how committed you are to eating healthy, if you are tired, and you have junk-food at the ready, it will derail you, hands-down. It’s not rocket science. Our body produces an appetite-increaser hormone called ghrelin when we are tired and/or stressed, and sends signals of hunger to the brain.
If you are committed to getting healthy, safeguard your commitment and purge your cabinets of all the junk food in them!
Stock your fridge with live, whole foods, like vegetables and fruits. Be prepared and you’ll create greater momentum and stick-to-itness your get-healthy goals!
