Move over juice cleanses… Hello souping!

Detox Soup cleanses are the latest craze, and for very good reason. Detox soups, unlike their sugary, fruit-laden, smoothie counterparts, heal the digestive system and cleanse and revitalize every cell in your body with savory ingredients, rather than sugary ones.

While souping is not really a substitute for juicing (C’mon, you know me better than that!), it offers many similar health benefits, like easily digestible meals for increased energy, weight loss, glowing skin and cleansing benefits!

    Great blog post. Always looking for healthy, raw, nutritious meals. Here’s my favorite soup, a 2 bean chili that’s a staple of my diet. http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/spicy-two-bean-vegetarian-chili-107274

      Hi Maureen, I’m so happy you got the guide! Please let me know which recipes you make, and which you like best! Thank you for recommending your favorite too! Earlier this year, however, I took beans out of my diet so no can do right now, but… if I go back I will definitely try your suggestion!
